The forms on this page are for those who are renewing their membership only.
Membership Renewals are due July 1, 2026. Annual membership begins July 1, 2026 and ends June 30, 2027.
Active Membership: $208.
Allied Membership: $208.
Associate Membership: $45.
Student Membership: $17.
Three Options for Membership Renewal:
1. Print and Mail
Send back the invoice you receive from MELNA in the mail, or print this MELNA MEMBER RENEWAL FORM 2026-7 PDF to mail in with your payment.
You may now opt in for ANNUAL RECURRING PAYMENTS in the above printed form using your credit card. There is no need to fill out any forms after the first year of signing up for this service. You may also set up recurring donations. You may cancel at any time.

2. Online Renewal: Recurring
Renew your membership ONLINE so that it is an ANNUAL RECURRING PAYMENT. There is no need to fill out any forms after the first year of signing up for this service. You may cancel at any time. You may also set up recurring donations.
Important: Anyone who signed up for automatic renewals prior to July 1, 2026 must set up recurring payments again because of the increase in dues.
