Membership Renewals are due July 1, 2023. Annual membership begins July 1, 2023 and ends June 30, 2024.

 

3 Options for Membership Renewal:

 

  1.  Send back the invoice you receive from MELNA in the mail, or download a copy of it here to print: RENEWAL INVOICE 2023 

You may now opt in for ANNUAL RECURRING PAYMENTS in this printed form using your credit card. There is no need to fill out any forms after the first year of signing up for this service. You may also set up recurring donations. You may cancel at any time.

  2.  Renew your membership ONLINE so that it is an ANNUAL RECURRING PAYMENT. There is no need to fill out any forms after the first year of signing up for this service. You may cancel at any time. You may also set up recurring donations. 

• Set up recurring payments with credit card.
• Set up recurring payments with PayPal (you must have an account).

3.  Renew your membership ONLINE for 2023-2024 only, using the form below and PayPal (major credit cards accepted). There is no option on this form for annual recurring payments.
