1. Send back the invoice you receive from MELNA in the mail, or print this MELNA-Member-Application to mail in with your payment.
You may now opt in for ANNUAL RECURRING PAYMENTS in this printed form using your credit card. There is no need to fill out any forms after the first year of signing up for this service. You may also set up recurring donations. You may cancel at any time.

2. Renew your membership ONLINE so that it is an ANNUAL RECURRING PAYMENT. There is no need to fill out any forms after the first year of signing up for this service. You may cancel at any time. You may also set up recurring donations. Anyone who signed up for automatic renewals prior to July 1, 2025 must set up recurring payments again because of the increase in dues.
